CentreSuite is an online financial management platform offered by U.S. Bank that allows businesses to efficiently manage and monitor their corporate credit card programs. It provides tools for expense reporting, account reconciliation, transaction tracking, and customizable reporting.
CentreSuite is designed to help organizations streamline administrative processes, improve visibility into spending, and enforce company spending policies.

Project
CentreSuite, a commercial card management platform developed by TSYS, was first launched in North America in 2002 and later introduced to the European market in 2009.
As of 2024, CentreSuite continues to evolve, with updates focusing on cloud migration and enhanced search capabilities across various modules. I was brought on as a co-designer shortly after the new initiative began, helping to create the Design System, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. I was also the main researcher for the project, creating the user testing script, taking notes during the interviews, and analyzing notes to present to design team and stakeholders.
This was the most challenging project I've worked on, and it was a great experience to learn about some of the most complicated banking applications and how users work with them. CentreSuite users had concerns over the legacy design and how confusing it made the work they needed to do, so my design partner and I did a lot of work in creating new and easier flows with a more beautiful and modern UI interface.
